In 2007, Teresa Moller’s landscaping studio together with Bernardo Valdés, designed a house on a complex site in Punta Pite, on a 2,000-m2 site, with a 45-degree slope and a gradient of -15% from the road that go over top For this, a construction by precast concrete panels is proposed; avoiding intervening in the slightest on the hill (already injured by the subdivision roads); leaving the thick work as completion; using demolition bathroom fixtures; doors and closet of unbrushed pine; walkable roof; enhancing the views towards the sea.
